Pretreatment includes manual simple process and automatic pretreatment process, and the latter is divided into automatic spraying and automatic immersion spraying. Before spraying powder, the workpiece must undergo surface treatment to remove oil and rust. In this section, a lot of liquid is used, mainly including rust remover, oil remover, surface conditioner, phosphating agent, etc. For small batch workpieces, dynamic powder spraying device is generally adopted, while for large batch workpieces, manual or automatic powder spraying device is generally adopted. Whether it is manual powder spraying or automatic powder spraying, it is very important to control the quality. It is necessary to ensure that the sprayed workpieces are uniformly coated with powder and have the same thickness to prevent defects such as thin spraying, missed spraying and scraping. If the sprayed workpieces are produced in small batches, pay attention to prevent the powder from falling before entering the curing furnace. In case of powder rubbing, the powder shall be sprayed in time. The process, temperature and time shall be strictly controlled during baking, and attention shall be paid to prevent color difference, over baking or short time from causing insufficient curing.
